Import Group Adresses - knxlm - 09.07.2026 Hi everyone! I am new in the forum I have some LM5 Lite and LM5 Lite + Ext (really I don't know the difference between them). All with last firmware version 20251204 Working with ETS 6.4.1 When I import .esf file or .knxproj, all objects are imported in the same way. When .knxproj import, I enable "Add level names to objects" button, (from LM Manual 2025, page 45) but don“t appears any level, the same as importing .esf. (I tried to paste an image, but I can't). Why some of the imported objects don't have object name in LM? In ETS yes, they have a name. Thanks! RE: Import Group Adresses - Daniel - 09.07.2026 When importing Levels you should see Main and sub groups before group name. If you already imported same project before then to update existing objects you must select this option while importing KNXproj. By default already imported objects are not changed. For objects without names - see if you have bus sniffer enabled in General settings. If yes then any telegram sent to bus will add such object to LM. Use the Update existing option to override them. RE: Import Group Adresses - knxlm - 09.07.2026 Before group names, I see group adress X/Y/Z. I don't see any difference between import .esf or .knxproj Objects without names, in General settings I have sniffer bus enabled. But I don't understand why these group adresses don't show the name. IP>Loc and Loc>IP are enabled, as same as other group adresses that show their name. thanks! RE: Import Group Adresses - Daniel - 09.07.2026 Just re-import your knx.proj with these settings. As already mentioned, if bus sniffer is enabled then any telegram sent will create object in LM automatically and yes it will not have a name. |
