Remote access for multiple users on a single LogicMachine - _BG_ - 27.08.2026 Hi, I have a question regarding remote access for multiple users. I have an apartment building with a single LogicMachine installed. For each apartment I need to create a simple control interface in Mosaic or a custom solution in the Old Visualization — the client hasn’t decided yet. There is only one LM, but 10 apartments, and each apartment must have its own remote access. Is it possible to add multiple LM Cloud accounts to one LM? Or is the only option to create standard local users and provide remote access through VPN or Zerotier? Thanks in advance! BG RE: Remote access for multiple users on a single LogicMachine - Daniel - 27.08.2026 Account in the cloud app is Admin which should be you, later you can create as many normal users and each of them will have restricted access to his apartments. Nothing special has to be done. I would recommend to use advanced user access features and restrict the group addresses for extra security. Visu is the go for solution. Old visualisation has no cloud access. I still don’t understand how this is supposed to work. :/ When I enter the login credentials in the LM Home app, it immediately logs me into the Admin account. During login I enter the email and password for LM Cloud. So how am I supposed to log in as a specific normal user instead of always ending up in the Admin profile? This also raises another question: when creating a user, there is a field called “Cloud login (e-mail)”. What is the purpose of this field? I cant create several Users with same Cloud login (e-mail). RE: Remote access for multiple users on a single LogicMachine - Daniel - 27.08.2026 You always will be admin, other users must create his own cloud account here https://remote.logicmachine.net/user and his email should be used in his user access settings. You can't use same email for all users

Ok, now I understand, thank you. Does this mean that the only thing that matters is the Cloud login (e‑mail) field, and I simply enter the user’s LM Cloud email there? So there is no need to create a “New network” or paste any connection string for each user? Here is what I did:
I don’t see my Mosaic configuration. I only see the changed background, but there are no widgets, no rooms, no floors visible. Did I miss something in the configuration? RE: Remote access for multiple users on a single LogicMachine - Daniel - 27.08.2026 Yes, connection string is only needed once for admin and then rest is managed by our cloud guest accounts. User must have a permissions set and always do Cloud app sync after any changes. It works. Thank You! |
