Is there a way to enable RTU with certain settings in a init script, and possible check if its already enabled and then ignore?

Can you explain what are you trying to achieve? Are settings getting reset for some reason?

When loading a backup onto a SL/HL, this setting doesn't come over with the backup. A init script in this backup could then check and rectify this.
