Is there any way to pass a pincode from URL for a specific visualization?

I think it's not
But you can create a copy of your plan without pin code

Unfortunately pincode is used globally for all visualization so copying the plan will not make any difference.

you can set pin code for folder (or folders) with all your plans , and create additional folder without PIN
