are scenes faster than scripts - managementboy - 04.07.2017 Hi, I have created a few scenes in the past just by adding all the group changes I need in a script. Now that the new Firmware has a scene mode, I wondered if it was just faster? AreĀ all of the object changesĀ being triggered at the same time? Any other advantages? Cheers, Elkin RE: are scenes faster than scripts - admin - 04.07.2017 There's very little difference. Scenes are mostly for users who find scripts to be too complicated RE: are scenes faster than scripts - leonidas - 13.07.2017 Maybe in future FW you can add feature to save current values to scenes via KNX group address? RE: are scenes faster than scripts - admin - 13.07.2017 You can already do this with a one line script: http://openrb.com/docs/lua.htm#scene.savelive |
