Mosaic Line 751 eror

Trouble with Mosaic not updating. 
Error log offen has this error:
Line 350: MQTT.client:handler(): Not connected, that ok.
But today i see this:
Line 751: MQTT.client:publish(): Not connected

What does this error message say in english

It says that LM could not connect to cloud. If you still have it check if LM has internet connection. Logout and login to cloud.

Today its just the 350 message. Is this some blocked outgoing port or something. 
Am having an conversation  with it today, so if there is certain ports that needs to be open to not get these errors would be good to know. 

This site in special seems to be old Mosaic in the cloud, all the time..

The outgoing port 1883 must be open. If this is office then it might be blocked.
