Embed visu from other controller into master controller
#1
Hi,

In the past it was possible to embed a visu page from other controllers by iframe into a ''master' controller.

Due to tightened policies in modern browsers this results in error due to same source policy headers.

Is there a way to solve this?

Enable "Allow external access via iframe" in Vis. configuration.

You need to disable password access to the visualization in User access settings on the device that your embedding via iframe.

Of course but there's no other way to use it in an iframe. Alternative solution is to create the whole visualization in a single device and exchange values via KNX/IP. But this in only for the visualization, not schedulers or trends.

So I have 15 LMs in the same network. They have around 4000 group addresses that are needed for the (new)Visu, So if I add master LM for new(Visu), what would be the best way to do this? It would be easiest for me if I could do the room visu's in existing LMs (that would be around 10-15 rooms in each) and link them to the master LM. This is Hotel and the rooms behind the LM's arent very logical due to it beeing repurposed building Like in LM1 there might be room 3 10 15 from 1st floor, 2nd floor 12 13 40 etc. Thx in advance.

If the total group addresses is 4k then I would add another LM and let it collect all data from other LMs and make one visu project on it for all.
