Problems scanning devices or adding them

Good companions, I hope you are excellent. I have a logic machine LM5 Lite + Ext (i.MX6) with CAN (LM5p2-KC), which I recently updated to the latest current firmware (20211215). The problem I have is that when scanning the CAN line or trying to address some devices, it stays charging or I get the message "Failed to communicate with the device. Make sure that it is powered on and CAN bus is connected". I currently have 2 devices (CAN-R8 and CAN-UIO8-LoRa) connected to the CAN bus, with their respective connection that even blink when I connect them to the bus, but the logic machine CAN App does not recognize them. I have not tried with another logic machine that has CAN, because it is the only one I have. Thank you and I am attentive to your comments.

Please make sure you have latest firmware on the CANx devices
