Good day,
is there any limitation of the number of clients that can simultaneously connect via browser or app to one LM5? Because I have an installation where I maybe need to gave access to the server to multiple people and it's possible that they connect almost all at once (let's say 12 to 20 connections).

There is no limit in the software. Each user is generating some cpu consumption so at some point it can overload the system. If LM is not too busy then 12-20 should be fine but more could be a problem.

I don't know exactly but there are approximately 12 bacnet devices (some thermostatic valve hubs) with approximately 20 to 30 bacnet objects each, maybe too much CPU usage?

Bacnet client is a tricky with LM, you will know once you integrate it. I wouldn't use clent app only do it with script and use direct connection mode
