Backup failed

Hello Dears,
I tried to backup SL, but when downloaded its 0mb size (the archive is either in unknown format or damaged)

Most likely the problem is with too many big images and/or using the whole trends storage space. Device runs out of memory when creating a backup due to this.

Things to check:
- See if all images/icons are really needed
- Reduce image resolution where possible
- Use JPG with lower quality instead of PNG for photos and complex images
- Don't use BMP, use PNG for simple floor plans

I think its related to trend size, While this is  an old broject with same images nothing added recently
how to solve the trend log size issue

You can only delete some trends. Have you verified that there are no large images? Send a screenshot of partitions usage from System config - Status - System status - Partitions tab.

It's a very old device with lower RAM amount compared to current hardware. Unfortunately the only option of making a backup is to remove the SD card and make a full disc image. Since it's an old device replacing the SD card is recommended.
