AUDIO-DINST & AUDIO-DINSTA use the same firmware

Hi, I have a AUDIO-DINST which can't working anymore.

I try to reset it, but reset botton seems no working (press and hold for 20S still nothing happen)
Is there any manual available for this product? or how to reset it?
   

Finally, if no good solution for it, I want to refresh the TF card.
And just confirm it, this firmware as below is right for the AUDIO-DINST?

Most likely the micro SD card failed. Get a new card up to 32GB in size. Preferably an industrial or high-endurance card.
