LMHome app: local vs remote connection

Hi, 
a customer of mine has a problem with the local connection. I mean that when smartphone is not connected to local wifi the connection is instant.

When connection is local LM Home app takes about 1 minute to connect and it seems command and feedback are not sinc.

I am afraid it is problem of the modem/router. What do you suggest please?

It must be something network related, did you try connecting to it from PC locally?

I can connect from PC and it works. Please consider that when I try to connect to LM with auto-research it does not work.

Phone is an iPhone.

What about normal browser on iphone?
