You have no other choice to use extra script for conversion.

Yes, although I have never used it... FW: 20160714.
I know this is very old and I am planning to upgrade, but last time I did an upgrade it was a real mess because of a third party library (this library is of one of your partners but I'm having problems to contact him...)

Yes, I will have to write  a simple script to convert.

I have no real issues as it is with it, but as of last week my Telegram alert messages stopped working because the SSL implementation is outdated...
Also, the newer FW have some interesting new capabilities.

Is there a limit on the number of registers that are allowed in a Modbus profile?
I have now made a complete profile for the SolarEdge inverter which has 34 registers.
I started to link the registers to objects, but after 17 objects I cannot link anymore objects even though they are all created with the correct datatype.

In case you should still have some doubts about changing scale factors:

As you can see it really changes Wink

Unfortunatly the SF Scale factor is not constantly the same. So value 30000 with SF - 2 is 300 using a value multiplier of 0.01. But later it will be SF -3 so multiplier 0.001 must be used. I now have faulty readings from time to time.  Is there a possibility to use this inside a modbus profile in LM? Or is an extra event script needed?
