Logic Machine Cloud Connection Failed

Hello Everyone, Hope you're doing well.
Please, I faced a problem during enable LM Cloud connector, as the following : 

2022.07.07 18:47:45 error: pre-connect failed - Lookup error., code 15

Can you please help? 
Note that : 
HW version : LM4 (i.MX28)
SW version: 20211215
router type : TP Link

It was a wiser device and I invert it a logic machine one.

Check that you have valid DNS and gateway set in System Config > Network > Interfaces > eth0.
