Hardware problem

Hi, my LM modules have some hardware problem.

When it starts, the ethernet port Green and orange light flashing for 5 times (in each time, the greenlight blink for 5 short times), then the orange go off and the green is on. I can still connect to the LM but the speed is low. I have upload a video show this below. 

Do you know what's the problem? Were some components on the board broken? If yes, can you tell me so I can try to replace it myself? Thank you.

Well, I'm sure that it's hardware problem of the mini module in the red rectangle. Because I change it with another module of another LM (same model LM5 RIO2), everything work fine (the SD card work fine too)
