Hello everyone,
We have created a user in a project with limited access (attached photo). Locally, he can connect properly to the project.
When he tries to connect to cloud, he can't.
The main email cloud of the project differs from the user's.

How can we fix this ?

Did you sync Cloud app? Any errors in Cloud app logs?

Yes, we have syncronized the cloud.
When we try to log in with the user's email on remote.logicmachine.net it appears : "Unknown email address".
When we log in with the main project's email, it works properly.

Did the user register his user on our cloud? He first must register himself if not Gmail or MS login.
