Wiser App - Devices visible
#1
Hi

I’m using the Wiser by Schneider Electric system and I'm facing a frustrating sync issue.
The Problem: When I access the system via the web interface on my PC, I can see all my devices and rooms (Salon, Kitchen, Bedroom, etc.) functioning perfectly. However, in the Wiser Mobile App, in same rooms appear completely empty with the message: "Your Room is looking quite empty...".

thanks  Smile

You should contact SE support for this, this part is SE made.
As far I know you must use Touch app locally and not all widgets are cloud compatible. This is only what I heard but never used this.
In LM the same is much more clear and transparent Smile

Are all apps on the controller up to date? (Touch, APIT3, CC)? Did you create a Touch Visu? Did you use App compatible widgets? When adding a widget you see a tab where they are listed, for example custom widgets from the widget creator will not work as the app cannot handle these. If all yes can you share the Touch configuration export?

Hi Erwin, thanks for the reply

To answer your questions:
  1. Updates: All apps on the controller (Touch, APIT3, CC) are updated to the latest versions.
  2. Visu: I have created a Touch Visu and it is working perfectly on the local web interface.
  3. Widgets: I am using standard widgets, but I'm not sure if they are all marked as 'App compatible'. I will double-check the widget list.
I have attached my Touch configuration export (JSON/Zip) so you can take a look and see if I missed something in the setup.
One more thing: The CPU shows as 'Connected' in the mobile app, but the rooms are still empty. Could it be a permission issue with the 'Manage Access' section in the app?" thanks

Hello
I found the problem as I understood from you, the compatibility is in the icons that are compatible with the display in the application and this is the button that actually checks it and then it appears to me after I check and see it appears to me so I found the problem here I attach the picture.  Thank you very much.

P.S  I transferred the project from SPACE LYNK created the problem
