Is there a limit on number of users?
We will need ~140 users, is it ok for LM5 Lite?

Should be ok. Usually, the most limiting factor is total number of objects and the amount of bus traffic.

make sure that not all 140 users will connect to the visu at the same time.
our test shows, that only 40 connections at the same time was available for LM5p, and about 300 connections for Load Balanser.

But what happens when more than 40 users trying to connect to LM5p, is it crashes or is it just allows to connect ~40 users and other are rejected?

other are rejected. to connect new client, you should disconnect about 10 users.
