If is possible to use USB to store/display trends.

I need to get 120+ trends every 15 sec.

I want to use M2.0 instead of SD-Card

This is not possible without changing major system parts. Trends are stored in memory and synced to disk only once in a while to minimize the number of writes to the SD card. Another thing is that minimum trends resolution is 5 minutes where as you want 15 seconds. My advice is to use some external tool like Grafana to store and visualize time-series data.
