Hi.
I put in the IP address and exported the points on BACnet. The device comes online on the BACnet network for a short time and then goes offline. IP 161.145.97.133
When I use the default address 192.168.0.10 and a few other ranges that I tried , the device stays online and the points on the device can be scan thru the BACnet network. All good.
Is the range 161.145.97.xxx some how locked for BACnet export?
Appreciate your help.

As you use SL there is nothing we can do, contact SE support. On LM we have options but on SL we were asked to block it completely but with a strong case SE can do something.
Otherwise install older firmware.

Not to be brutal, but isn’t the issue here -> using a public IP?
The reason SE has blocked the use of public IP addresses is for a real valid cybersecurity reason and NOT to irritate customers..
In my opinion you should fix the root issue and move away from using public IP addresses instead of trying to work around it..
Do you know the potential risks when using public IP ranges? There are quite some interesting topics written about it, and that should be enough reason to change your current setup if you ask me..
But that is just my 50 ct’s..
