Is the logic machine support IMGP protocol for multicast over KNX (224.0.23.12) ?

What is the best IGMP snooping version to be set in switchs for logic machine (V2 , V3) ?

Yes, KNX over multicast is supported (including encryption). The device will send IGMP v2 report when joining the multicast group.
