Cloud problem
#1
Good morning,
I have a strange behavior in the cloud. I have all sync but if I open the link in remote.logicamchine.net it says LM not connected to the cloud. I have already clean the cache, change the connession key but nothig I always see the page of "Fioriera Doppia".
In the attached file some Images.
If it can help you these are 3 LM5Cp2-rio3-LTE all three the same and for speed up the commissioning I created a back up and copy each other. Could be this the problem?
Best regards Cristian

There can be two possible issues.
1. If you create yourself a user in User access tab and use the same email as in cloud app then the settings in user access part have higher priority. It means if no permissions there then you have no access.
2. Cloud by default remember last visited network. Probably it navigates to the offline network and you must change to the online one. Or just delete the offline ones.

Hi Daniel,
I have connected the other machine and now I can see both the interface. Tomorrow I will go on the project and I will make the test.
Best regards and thanks for the tips.

If you have multiple networks then you can select the current active network in Mosaic top right corner:

In new Visu network selection is located at the bottom of the main menu.
