ets program multicast

We have linked two buildings together over IP / multicast with two logic machines.

We can access building A with a vpn tunnel.

Is it possible to use the logicmachine in building A to program devices with ets in building B?
Other words: are ets program packets transported over ip/multicast to the other LM?
