Mosaic permissions

Hi,

today I've tried use LM cloud and I've tried give an access for using Mosaic but unfortunately for all known users it returns "No such user" and when after logging in the cloud I am tring to use mosaic there is an access problem.

I tried to recreate your bug but all is working for me. Can you send me to PM users you have problems with? I will check for any issues on the cloud.
