Uploaded the wrong firmware

Hi! 
I probably uploaded the wrong firmware. Now the screen is blank, only the icon of a screwdriver and a magnifying glass. What can be done? reflash the card?
It was LM5 Lite+Ext (i.MM6) 20200727 and this firmware uploaded lm5m3ex-20211215. 

Which version should be taken?

This is correct fw. Clear browser cache, if this won't help you will need to flash the card.
