Hi,
We have some homekit situations. I will explain the situation and i will ask for some help. We have a this accesories is already used situation. Here is what happened step by step.
1-) We created a LM5 project with Homekit settings.
2-) We connected this LM5 to our local ipad for testing.
3-) Then we deleted home project after test in the ipad. But we didn't remove LM5 accesoris in ipad homekit application.
4-) Then we installled this LM5 to our customer home. We try to add LM5 homekit to customer iphone. Iphone didn't accept and said "This accesoris is already used" and we cannot add LM5 to customer iphone.
We can't remove this LM5 accesories from office ipad because , home is already gone.
How we can solve this " This accesories is already used error" in customer iphone. How we can reset homekit accesories or can we create a new acceseoris for that LM5 ?
