Trend Log Aggregate function

Hello Dears,
When using absolute value log type we have four options of the aggregated function (average, Minimum, Maximum, Last Value) how does the ( average, Minimum, Maximum ) functions work?

A sample value is recorded every minute and based on resolution size one of the functions is applied to the sample values.
