Connecting Modbus outputs to GA

Hello Dears,
I tried to connect two Modbus outputs to the same GA, but when write only one take the value!
is this the normal situation, or could I use central GA for multiple Modbus outputs?

You should be able to map a single object to multiple Modbus data points. Check if you have any relevant entries in the global Error log and Modbus Error log. If you are using Modbus TCP then try enabling the "Persistent connection" mode.

this what I got in the error log:
Connection failed: connection refused.

while the Modbus connection for this device is active, I don't have any offline devices

this is before enabling the Persistent connection, while didn't try afterward
