LM as Gateway to control RF Blind?

Is it possible to use logic machine to control RF blind/s 

Currently the blinds are already installed and now the customer is asking to include them in the system, 
at the moment they use a remote, so i need a device to learn the command and send it back from KNX object.

is this possible with LM?

Thanks, although it Looks like that dose infra red, I need to send 433mhz rf

Then you need some special gateway for this.
