Mosaic 3.0 - Empty page when using cloud

Hi,

I have a customer who started having empty pages displayed when opening Mosaic. When they login through remote.logicmachine.net, the active LogicMachine displays no widgets and the navigation bar is empty. When I login through my account, all widgets and navigations are displayed.

I decided to create a new Cloud account and added this new account to the LogicMachine, so I could attempt to recreate the issue. When I go to Mosaic with this new account, I have the same issue. Recently, the customer's company changed domain name for their emails, so the customer added a new cloud account. Could the issue be related to new users, since Mosaic is now deprecated? 

This customer has 4 LogicMachines with various layouts. I added all 4 LMs to my Cloud account. One of the LMs has a background image on the front page. This background image is displayed when I go to Mosaic on that LM, so it seems communication and access is working. It's just not showing any real content, like navigation, buttons and widgets. This is the case for all 4 LMs.

I opened the console in Chrome, but there were no errors. I checked the network tab in developer tools, but there were no errors I could see. We have attempted numerous devices, on different networks and operating systems, including different types of browsers.

If I go to the LM's website, and use Mosaic through that with the same account that's having issues in cloud, Mosaic works flawlessly.

I have attached 4 photos:
  • Cloud log: Displays the cloud log from one of the LMs. I notice the warning/error to use Visu instead of Mosaic. Is there an issue?
  • Mosaic image 1: Using Mosaic through cloud, it displays an empty front page, though with the background showing
  • Mosaic image 2: Using Mosaic through LM's website, it displays a working front page
  • Developer tools, showing no errors in console or the networking tab

Yes, the eventual hope is to migrate everything to Visu, but right now, we need Mosaic working. Hopefully this is not a deprecation cause.

Btw, since I've already opened a thread, is there a migration guide or tool to migrate things to Visu?

Check Mosaic access rights for the cloud user. If this doesn't help send your cloud network ID via PM.

Everything is "Full" for the users. Sent cloud network ID to you on PM.
