Südwind - RS485 - Serial Communication

Hello there,

we have a customer that want to control the ventilation in his home.
there is a Manual to communicate with it. But its not Modbus. Is it possible to control it anyway ?
Have anyone tryed something like that ? And have anyone a script that work for things like that ?
