Backup From SD Card

Hi ,

One of the our partner has bought LM4 from us. Somehow they forget the get backup from LM4. Their LM4 has some SD card problem. LM4 is working so slow, resetting . We can reach to the LM4 but backup button is not working. In a 1 minutes , LM4 resets itselfs also.

We got a image backup via Usbit software. Can we get somehow project backup from image backup ?

We will change sd card and rstore new project backup but i need project backup first.

Try making a 1:1 copy from original SD to new one. Resetting might be caused by out-of-memory conditition caused by errors/loops in scripts.

Do you have lot of trends? There were cases where trends eaten all of ram and LM was rebooting similar like you describe.
