No, the command alert is only adding a entry in the alert tab, and that's all the LUA script does.
The alert manager receives the content of this alert tab including timestamps over a websocket (and has a polling fallback when the websocket is disconnected), and whenever there is a timestamp that is newer then the last acknowledged timestamp (that is stored in the storage after acknowledge) the audio is started. There is no option to set additional parameters by default.
