LM5 troubleshooting procedure

is there a clear troubleshooting procedure for LM5

after a power outage my LogicMachine5 Lite Power is no more working

24V is OK on the input
green led on the left of the jumper is blinking when i put the power on 
but no more ethernet link and of course no way to ping them

any idea/procedure ?
