Zigbee gateway integration

This thermostat has a lot of custom properties that we will not implement. Some standard properties like setpoint, temperature and power measurements can be implemented.

Ok,
I need at least setpoint, room temperature, floor temperatue, and power measurement (watts). It has also an accumulated energy consumtion property in KWh
Most of the other properties are accessable from the setup menu on the thermostat.
