Zwave motion sensor adding problems

Hello,

I'm trying to add a new Fibaro Motion Sensor to my LM4 i get a lot of errors:
- incomplete device
- no device added
- crashed daemon


When i try to add this Fibaro Motion Sensor to another LM4 with the same firmware and zwave app it works perfect.

Can you please look at the problem?

And from previous post: when can we save name and location?
