Layout works the same as in the old visualization. Stacking order from top to bottom is:
- plan widgets
- layout widgets
- plan background
- layout background

Hi admin,
My will it is realise something like this (attached file):
Stack order background -> layout -> widget 
Now I have added the strip with paint.
