As Erwin said, IGMP must be configured properly in your network if you have L3 switches.
KNX/IP uses multicast messages which by default are forwarded to all devices on the network. IGMP is used to limit multicast exchange only to hosts that require these messages.
When LM starts it will send IGMP group membership report to allow switch/router to forward KNX/IP multicast messages. Then the switch/router is responsible for sending membership queries to ensure that LM or any other device is still operational and is a member of a certain multicast group.
