Hi,
your solution now is working locally?
Some my ideas for you:
1. Constantly look camera stream may not a good idea - just in some cases. Would be good to restrict usage of 4 streams max to reduce load on LM/SL and add lika a pages with other cameras if needed more, but always 4 cameras max to provide medium load in any cases.. If cameras not viewed - just stop stream receiving automatically;
2. If LM/SL load is above ~70% automatically switch to camera's snapshots to reduce load with info about it;
3. For me would be good to catch camera's movement alarms/input alarms (HIK firstly),and add such info to KNX groups (time of alarm at least). May be link of screenshots to send do telegram (this is more or less is done by ppl for Hik cameras, but I did not have full script/solution);
4. Possibility to store some alarm camera's snapshots locally on SD card. Of course I know it will increase load to internal SD card but could be good in some cases..
So may be this helps to continue to improve your interesting solution.
