On Circular slider you can enable step buttons and set them to work as Min/Max which is On/Off

Hi, I've the same problem... 
It's very usual in KNX that in dimmed lights to use On/Off object to switch the light to its last value, using circular light it's not possible... 

And the widget called circular light is circular for all options except for the "simple"dimmed light... I think that it should be more intuitive if in this mode the off/on button is where the temperature colour (or rgb colour) change is and mantain the circular wheel to dimm...
