iOS App

Hello Daniel.,

would it bee possible to add the following options to the iOS App (and Android App):

1. Option to disable the error Message "Could not connect to Logic Machine."
   I tried the iOS App with local W-Lan without internet access and I always get the error message on the screenshot.
      
   
2. Option to disable the bottom bar (see screenshot)
   If I only have one LM, I don't like to see and don't need this bar.
      
   
3. Option to set a default LM, wich will be loaded at startup of the iOS App.
