Need a help with LM

Can you describe with more details what has to be done ?
In which country are you based ?

There is complex installation including energy management, lights, multimedia, video surveillance.... The central unit is LM. Secondary the management panels are Maestro control panels.
All wiring and installation have been done but parametrisation and setup is total rubbish. Some times in the summer system starts heating and in winter cooling, panels are not reacting at the commands, lights also not performs as it should, documentation is not provided.
The task would be to perform parametrisation and system documentation.

The house is located in the Switzerland
