PT1000 won't provide reliable readings with such long cables. The cable should be as short as possible, preferably no more than several meters.
Consider using these devices instead of CANx 8PT: https://openrb.com/canx-1-x-6a-relay-1-x...sor-input/ This way you can put them much closer to the measurement point.
