Please create separate thread for different topics.
I do not fully understand your problem. Do you want to configure KNX device via LM? LM can only configure line which is connected to via TP. It cannot configure any other line via IP. You have to connect to every IP router individually.

In fact LM is connected exclusively to the LAN network not having a wiring with TP cable in the BUS structure, I have the impression that sometimes the perfect transmission of the telegrams is missing, a problem that I believe depends exclusively on network latency! do you have any advice to give me for checking or diagnosing?
