Mosaic, Mqqtt client subscribe not connected

Hi

I am having trouble connection to Mosaic. And error log is full of this error message. 
   

Is there a issue with my Mosaic, or is it a IT problem. 

When i sync to cloud, values go through, but does not update after that.

Most likely outgoing port 1883 i blocked.

Most likely outgoing port 1883 i blocked.

Will check with IT department. Strange part is that when i run cloud  backup from Mosaic editor and then check the cloud it has the latest data. But stops after that and errors starts running in error log. 

But checks this with IT first.
