SpaceLynk "import neighbours" issue
#1
Hello,

we have two SpaceLynk by Schneider Electric and we're trying to import some group objects from one to the other,

with someĀ one bit objects no problem, but when we try to link some bigger values (modbus reading from a multimeter for example) the one who's polling modbus read and update the values, the other one in which we imported those groups doesn't.

We're doing something wrong? Any suggestion?

Thank you in advance for your help.

You are probably using virtual addresses, those are not exposed on KNX IP so the other controller is not getting the values.

Use adresses 0/x/x to 31/x/x

Yes, thanks! Now it works!

Just to know, is it possible to expose virtual objects?

No, that is why they are called virtual, they are meant to use for internal usage to minimize the load

Hello,
I have also "import neighbours" issue.

A brief description of the situation.
3 spaceLYnk installed (1x, 2x, 3x)
I can export objects from 2x --> 1x & 3x BUT when exporting any objects from 1x --> 3x OR 3x --> 1x , then an error is shown:

Import result/ Error: 401

The password is correct.
Objects are real (not virtual).
Neighbors are on the same network and visible.

Yes, objects from 1x and 3x have been exported (marked to be exported).
Group addresses and object names do not duplicate

Are you sure that credentials are correct? This is what the error says.

Yes, I'm sure!

I have also turned OFF/ON the remote function and changed the passwords so that they are not the same for all spaceLYnks.
But no change.

Maybe the problem is related to the fact that https is activated for those devices from which it is not possible to export.
The device from which is possible to export has the http protocol!!!

Question: where can I disable https in spaceLYnk??
