Hi guys, 

i was wondering if you could help me to find suitable PT1000 sensor with pockets which I could use with 8PT CANx?

We will need to extend sensor for about 40-60m.

PT1000 won't provide reliable readings with such long cables. The cable should be as short as possible, preferably no more than several meters.
Consider using these devices instead of CANx 8PT: https://openrb.com/canx-1-x-6a-relay-1-x...sor-input/ This way you can put them much closer to the measurement point.

Thermokon has a wide range of sensors. They also have sensors with Modbus on board. These sensors can be connected directly to LM via RS-485.
