Configuration Visualization

Please everyone help!
I found the interface Visualization here is no difference!
In the photo (figure 1) manipulation: To turn on the lights just move the mouse to position the lamp is turned on to enable and click.
Figures 2, operation: To turn on the light we need to permanently place the mouse goat 'X' is enabled and click New.
Who do as Figure 1, please help me!

I don't understand what you want to do.
Can you give a better explanation?

First mode is an old behaviour which has been removed. If you click Vis. parameters for your binary object, you can select either checkbox-like control or toggler (second mode on your screenshot).
