Cannot upgrade LM5

I couldn't make the upgrade for the LM5, as you can see from the picture in the attachment  it's like that for 10 minutes

Refresh the browser and clear the cache.

Also check the system uptime and memory usage. If the system is overloaded it might reboot during the firmware file upload. Another possibility is SD card issues.
