Download, change and upload CSS file

Hello, I was wondering if is there any way to download de CSS file, change it, and upload it again. I want to change the colours of siderbars, menus and more, and I know I can do it using custom CSS, but I think it will be quicker changing all the colour codes at once using a colour palette.

Use Custom CSS. Any modifications to system files will be lost after a firmware upgrade.

You can upload a local CSS instead of copy/pasting it into the editor.
